About Tiki & Velia
Tiki Houseman is the Executive Producer of the "Vegan Lotharios." Velia Amarasingham is the Executive Collaborator.
Tiki and Velia have been musical collaborators and friends for more than a decade in Northern California. Tiki Houseman is a singer/songwriter/bassist with one CD, "I like It When the Underdog Wins in the End" (Velia sings back up). Velia is the producer of Her Rebel Highness and Curated Entertainment.
About the Podcast Name
This podcast is not about advocating for veganism or lotharios. See Episode One about the origins of the podcast. We wanted to name the podcast "For the Love of Music," but other creative people thought the same thing about the name. Other names, such as "Jam Sandwich," were also taken. Tiki had wanted to name her next band/project "The Vegan Lotharios," after kvetching that the only men who were interested in dating her were vegans and lotharios, and given that her favorite food are hamburgers ....
